Currently seeking an energetic, passionate and experienced Head Chef who thrives on achieving superior food quality, presentation and taste.
Our ideal candidate will have flair, creativity and a genuine love for food, with demonstrated experience.
- Minimum 3 years Head Chef experience in a similar fast-paced, high-volume environment or a Sous Chef looking to step up to the challenge.
- Experienced in menu design, creation and execution
- Keen eye for food trends and creative in plating
- Experienced in overseeing mid-large in-house functions
- Ability to lead and coach a diverse team of chefs and cooks
- Experience managing financial budgets including food and labour costs
- Wiling to collaborate with senior venue management to align kitchen operations with overall venue goals and strategic direction
- Experience with wood-fired pizza is highly desired
