The Position:
In this role, you will be supporting a youthful, vibrant and ambitious team who genuinely love what they do with the following tasks:
- Answering and directing calls and emails
- Meeting and greeting clients that visit the office
- Providing administration support
- Marketing and social media management
- Preparing the brochures/signboards/advertising copy
- Updating of websites and database
- Previous Admin support or Reception experience with good computer skill
- Ideally living in or local to the area
- Car and driver's license
- A Certificate of Registration preferred
- Have full working rights in Australia
- You’ll be articulate, and professionally presented, consider yourself a high performer, and be passionate about the Real Estate industry
