The brilliant basics include but are not limited to:
- Provide epic customer service to our LiFT Nambour members - your role is to ensure our members 45 minute LiFT session is the best 45 minutes of their day!
- Demonstrate your professional knowledge in each and every session, and use these skills to grow and empower our team to demonstrate the same
- Meticulous planning is key to success, our events that you bring together are thoughtfully planned, and incredibly executed!
- Utilise LiFT tools, resources, systems to successfully perform in your role (i.e. GymMaster Dashboard, The Hub and the LiFT Academy)
- Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly tasks and checklists are completed with a high attention to detail
- Strive to increase membership retention and net growth
- Continuous improvement mindset to seek strategies to improve location performance
- Guide our team and mentor LiFT members to reach their full potential
- Review the LiFT programming sessions in advance and always following the programming, but keep it fun and innovative for our members
- Play an active role in engaging new LiFT members
- Drive and lead LiFT campaigns
- Engage with Social Media posting and leads across LiFT Nambour socials
- Learning and Development through the LiFT Academy for you firstly, and then holding our team responsible for completing relevant modules.
Our team
- Coach, inspire, mentor and train our team members in the Fitstop policies, procedures, standards, as well as support their professional development and goals
- Have fun, share wins and ensure you have a positive & supportive culture in your location
- Attend regular meetings with Fitstop HQ to go through your location performance, training and development areas for improvement of the location.
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience in inspiring a team with exceptional care in a customer facing industry
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness
- Previous experience in personal training, preferably group training (preferred but not essential)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- A curious mindset, and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role as reasonably required
- Creativity, drive and initiative
- Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
- Work well as part of a team
- High level of integrity.
