About the Role:
The Head of Business Operations is a key member of the College’s Executive Leadership Team, and reports directly to the College Principal for all matters of Business administration including finances, security, administrative compliance, financial assistance, human resources, risk, commercial enterprise, and facilities.
This is a full-time position to commence in April 2024.

Key Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Head of Business Operations / General Manager – Finance and Administration / Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Experience in leadership and management of staff and Business Operations across a number of disciplines
- Previous experience working within an education environment, not-for-profit sector, or service industry
- Board reporting experience
- Ability and commitment to embrace and promote the ethos, pedagogy, and values of Masada College
