We first opened our doors in Melbourne back in 2009 and during these 13 trips around the Sun, we’ve since expanded to over 200 stores across 13 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Solutions Creator: Lead and inspire your team to brainstorm and implement cutting-edge solutions that elevate the customer experience. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and staying attuned to customer and cultural trends.
- Customer Connection: Have a passion for deeply understanding customer needs, generating insights that shape content, communications, services, and processes that truly resonate with our diverse customer base.
- Master Storyteller: Weave compelling narratives that breathe life into TYPO's values and products. Your creative storytelling techniques will forge emotional connections with customers, leaving an indelible mark.
- Inspiration and Excitement Enthusiast: Envision the customer journey through an inspiring and exciting lens. Introduce captivating elements that evoke positive emotions and go beyond expectations, fostering a deep love for the TYPO brand.
- Visual and Experiential Design Collaborator: Collaborate with visual design teams to ensure our brand's visual elements and experiential design align seamlessly across all touchpoints, including websites, in-store environments, and digital content.
- Cultural Trendsetter: Stay aHead Of cultural trends and societal shifts to ensure our brand remains relevant and resonant. Infuse cultural intelligence into our customer experience strategy for a globally impactful connection.
- Brand Consistency Champion: Uphold a unified brand image, messaging, and values across all customer touchpoints. Your commitment to consistency builds trust and reinforces our brand identity.
- People Leader: Develop and lead a high-performing team of Marketeers, designers & visual merchandisers. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Global Commercial Visionary: Adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of a global customer base. Consider regional nuances, cultural differences, and economic trends to ensure commercial success worldwide.
