About the Role
The successful applicant will work with an experienced team of languages teachers. It is expected that the successful applicant will work collaboratively with the members of the leadership team to pursue and achieve the School's vision of excellence in virtual learning. The Head of Department will actively work with staff members to enhance outcomes for students.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
