You will be required to build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally whilst overseeing an established and well run team. Duties will include; · Full responsibility of overseeing financial & management reporting, managing the team and their workloads· Manage and execute annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting· Oversee compliance and internal controls including ensuring adherence with SOX standards· P&L variance analysis, providing detailed commentary.· Manage relationship with senior internal/external stakeholders to support business decision making.· Support Head of Finance with key projects and process improvement initiatives· Manage, support and mentor the existing team whilst identifying areas for improvement Your ProfileYou will have an engaging and inquisitive nature that will lend itself to being able to understand the organisation, the nuances of a complex business and build working relationships with a range of stakeholders.CA/CPA qualification will be key, as you are a detail orientated Accountant with the ability to communicate your work and findings effectively. Experience of working in large, multi-national organisations is highly regarded - previous experience in Big-4/Mid-tier Audit firms is desirable.Experience in managing teams in a senior finance position will be essential- this role could provide the opportunity to take your career to the next level.
