Your Role
As the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for driving the rapid growth of the ROLLiN' brand with our target customers - the younger generation. You'll do this through designing and executing ROLLiN's marketing plans, drive implementation of all growth initiatives and position ROLLiN' as a thought leader in key content pillars all while leading a team of in-house marketing, media, and creative experts.
Bringing the hustle, hunger and relentless pursuit of growth required to create the fastest growing insurance business in Australia.
This is a permanent, fulltime role and can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
About You
- Experience leading in-house media and creative teams
- Experience in start-ups and/or digital businesses with a strong understanding of digital and performance marketing
- You must be customer obsessed, with a commercial and growth mindset
- Extensive experience in marketing or agency roles
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
