AddressAs the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and executing marketing strategies for our Client's new luxury food and beverage precinct in Sydney CBD. This is just the beginning - your responsibilities will extend to leading the growth and development of the marketing department, expanding the portfolio of hospitality venues, and driving the brand's expansion into retail, FMCG, distribution, and B2C channels.
The role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support the successful launch of the luxury food and beverage precinct.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement strategies across various platforms.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for expansion into retail, FMCG, distribution, and B2C channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brand's offerings across various channels
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and stay aHead of the curve.
Candidate profile:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior marketing roles with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Exposure and experience in different fields of hospitality, retail and/or consumer behaviours relating to food & beverage will be strongly regarded.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- $180K+ plus super (negotiable based on experience)
