- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of marketing experience, with a significant emphasis on direct-to-customer marketing, retention strategies, and campaign execution.
- Demonstrable experience in leading the execution and delivery of marketing strategies, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Solid commercial acumen, with a proven ability to directly link marketing execution to business outcomes and financial success.
- Experienced in leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams in a high-paced environment, driving them towards executional excellence.
- Proficient in the use of customer data platforms, CRM systems, makreting automation tools, and performance analytics software.
- Deep Technical Expertise: Profound technical understanding of the Adobe AND salesforce suite of marketing tools, demonstrating a track record of leveraging these platforms to drive marketing innovation and efficiency.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
