As Head of Marketing, for our ANZ business you will be the regional marketing leader with full accountability for the development and execution of Marketing strategies to deliver the sales and profitability objectives of Convatec ANZ.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing leadership, development, and direction to the marketing and professional education team members
Development of strategic market plans and initiatives in conjunction with GEM and Global strategies to deliver the ANZ strategic plans and budgets
Continued expertise in product knowledge, clinical literature, competitor activities and local market environment to enable tactical selling messages and product positioning to gain market share
Train and coach internal Sales team to effectively sell on clinical, product and competitor knowledge
Monitor, analyse, and evaluate commercial performance, stakeholder input and customer feedback to effectively execute marketing activities
Collaboration with Sales and Commercial teams to support development and execution of effective pricing strategy, corporate agreements, and new product launch effectiveness
Management of Marketing expense budgets and resource allocation
Establish and maintain local market models
To be successful you will have:
Experience (5 plus years) leading marketing teams across a multi-franchise portfolio
Extensive (10 plus years) experience in marketing roles within Medical Devices and/or Healthcare industry
Demonstrated leadership capability that develops and promotes talent
Deep understanding of traditional marketing strategies including the use of digital marketing to drive growth
A proven track record in managing product campaigns and new product launches that demonstrate business growth
The ability to develop business strategies through data analysis and insights
Well-developed relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix structure
Strong presentation skills, able to confidently communicate key messages and engage audiences
Sound understanding of the Australian and New Zealand health systems and legislative frameworks
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
Postgraduate degree (MBA, Master's) highly regarded
