About Us, Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds (Healthy Heads)
We are in our fourth year of operation as a registered not for profit foundation focused on uplifting mental health outcomes in the transport, logistics and warehousing industries. Our core vision is to coordinate a national approach to creating healthy and thriving working environments that can be adopted by all operators within the sector. We are a small team with high impact. We work hard and always promote a culture of positive mental health and wellbeing both internally and externally.
The Role:
As the Communications & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating the development and execution of our communications and marketing strategies. Working closely with our collaborative team, you will engage with key stakeholders across government, mental health organisations, Corporate Partners, media, and the wider community within the transport, logistics and warehousing sector. Day to day you will:
- Develop and execute our communications strategy (including social media).
- Manage social media channels and website, including copywriting, content creation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Draft and distribute media releases.
- Deliver marketing campaigns and create marketing collateral (eDMs, posters, digital assets, merchandise).
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends and media opportunities.
About You:
You have a passion for improving the mental health and wellbeing of those working across the transport, logistics and warehousing sector. You thrive in a collaborative and agile environment and have a creative approach when it comes to communications and marketing. Our ideal candidate will have high levels of integrity, empathy, and credibility as someone representing the Foundation. In addition, you will have:
- Diploma or Bachelor level qualification in a communications, public relations, or marketing discipline or similar.
- 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in communications and/or marketing, ideally within the not-for-profit or transport sector, but not essential.
