Job description

Our Fintech client is launching a new product and is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join them. They have a strong commitment to excellence and innovation and are poised for significant growth. 

Job Description:

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our BDM team, driving revenue growth, and spearheading our sales strategies. You will oversee a team of dedicated sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with our company’s goals and values. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. 
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. 
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. 
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize team performance. 
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of Sales strategies with overall company objectives. 
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and pipeline. 
Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience Leading Sales/BDM Teams in financial Services 
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a competitive market. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to sales planning and execution. 
  • B2B experience particularly in Construction (Residential/Fit out or Home Renovations) Education Software. Experience selling into Vendors, Merchants, Retailers.
