Job Description:
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our BDM team, driving revenue growth, and spearheading our sales strategies. You will oversee a team of dedicated sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with our company’s goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize team performance.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of Sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and pipeline.
- Proven experience Leading Sales/BDM Teams in financial Services
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to sales planning and execution.
- B2B experience particularly in Construction (Residential/Fit out or Home Renovations) Education Software. Experience selling into Vendors, Merchants, Retailers.
