About the Role
Team Baw Baw is well-known for our workplace culture; we have genuine care for each other which translates to our positive safety culture.
This role will partner with our people to embed best practice safety initiatives that foster continuous improvement of our Health and Safety awareness.
This position will play a crucial role in supporting our people through;
- Building Health and Safety capability across our business, including upskilling leaders in risk, incident management and fostering safe and health working environments.
- Ensuring effective investigations of incidents to minimise the impact of injury to team members.
- Designing and implementing appropriate Health and Safety policies and procedures in alignment with best practice.
- Facilitating quality project managements skills including meaningful engagement strategies to ensure co-design and buy-in are at the forefront of initiative design.
