About the Role
Undertake a range of activities to support the Health Engagement team in their stakeholder engagements and delivery of their initiatives, as required by the healthcare practitioner engagement strategy. This includes supporting coordination of engagements and compiling, maintaining, and distribution of health practitioner resources. Engage with external stakeholders and compile healthcare research and data as it relates to engagement regions/areas.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Health Engagement Coordinatoryou will:
- Assist the Health Engagement team to develop and maintain healthcare stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management initiatives are met.
- Engage with external and internal stakeholders, as required, to distribute resources and information with the aim of educating and informing healthcare stakeholders.
- Research, develop design and deliver materials or documents as identified by the Health Engagement team and broader Medical Office, as required, and ensure the information is well-considered and meets the needs of the audience.
- Support the goals detailed in the medical and healthcare engagement strategies.
- Compile relevant research and analyses as identified by the Medical Office, and present this relevant information into an easy to read format
- Establish and maintain a database for the capture, collection, maintenance and storage of relevant data, documentation and other applicable resources to support the coordination of a consistent and informed approach to healthcare engagement activities
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in health or related industry
- Knowledge and experience in claims/injury management in personal injury schemes such as Workers Compensation
- Strong experience in health or personal injury
- Ability to make decisions, manage priorities, and meet timeframes
- Stakeholder engagement and management in health or related industry– internal and external
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative but also as a team
- Ability to explore and investigate issues by reviewing and analysing information and data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
