Reporting to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager your role will be to: Provide subject matter advice to line managers on HSW issues Conduct risk assessments related to general health and safety hazards Coach managers through the completion of workplace HSW investigations and inspections as required Support the ongoing review, development and implementation of HSW Projects, policies, procedures, training and guides that to support a safe working environment and support compliance with government and industry regulations Analyse data on hazards, incidents, and other performance indicators to inform strategies for continuous improvement, and produce reports as required Work collaboratively with the Injury Management Co-ordinators and managers to identify appropriate early intervention and proactive management strategies Support review and implementation of fire emergency management and WHS related business continuity plans Please note: Disability/Aged Care/Healthcare experience preferred
