Health, Safety, Environmental And Quality Manager

Inco Group have been operating for over 25 years in Orange NSW. We provide a variety of works such as bulk earthworks, drainage solutions, road construction and residential/industrial subdivisions. We have exciting new opportunity for an experienced Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Manager to join our head office team in Orange NSW with site visits as required for our projects. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Maintaining detailed records of HSEQ incidents and overseeing training databases to ensure compliance with safe procedures
• Manage injury management, work cover and return to work programs
• Leading regular audits, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Providing guidance on HSEQ responsibilities through inductions and consistent training, fostering a culture of safety awareness
• Coordinating initiatives to support mental health and offering training on critical topics like First Aid and fire safety.
• Managing administrative tasks such as job dictionaries, safety boards, and medical records

YOU MUST:

• Have a current Driver’s License 
• Hold a Certificate IV or higher in WH&S
• Hold a Certificate IV or higher in TAE40116 (desirable)
• Hold a Certificate in ICAM investigations (desirable)
• Be able to complete a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening)
• Be willing to obtain a national police clearance
• have current proven experience in a safety and training position within the construction industry
• Be comfortable working in dynamic environments, having the ability to assess and re-prioritize work tasks
• be willing and able to work autonomously
• be dedicated to providing a safe workplace for your project team
• hold auditing qualifications relevant to Management Systems (advantageous)
