About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Health and Safety Manager, the Health & Safety Partner will play a crucial role in partnering with the business to provide professional coaching, advice, and support on the development and delivery of HSE framework. This opportunity would see you supporting an operational workforce with time spend in a mix of on site as well as Head office.
Duties include;
- Provide expert guidance on HS policies to mitigate workplace risks.
- Partner with operational leaders to ensure consistent HS activities.
- Develop training programs and coach others on HS systems.
- Analyse data to identify trends and manage workplace hazards.
- Utilize data systems for accurate HS reporting and improvement.
- Offer support and guidance to operational leaders and service providers.
- Assist in policy development and monitoring for effective HS communication.
- Lead small to medium-scale HS projects and support implementation.
- Conduct investigations, inspections, and audits to ensure safety compliance.
About You:
You will be an experience Health and Safety Partner who brings experience working with a mix of a blue and white collar workforce.
- Minimum qualifications Certificate IV Health and Safety
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HS programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
