The Role
Excellent opportunity to join our Rhombus Advisory Brand in the position of Senior Manager, Special Projects, Change and Communications. In this role you will plan and manage the delivery of all Rhombus Advisory communications (internal and external), marketing, brand and event-related activities, as well as managing key change programs and initiatives to support the business strategy. This role suits a Communications professional who has solid project management/ change management experience with a proven track record delivering key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and execute a holistic employee and adviser engagement program, aligned to the overall business culture, strategy, and goals.
- Maintain & develop the Rhombus Advisory B2B Brand identity.
- Manage the development, build and maintain online/digital presence.
- Manage and support the delivery of the Rhombus Advisory Events Program.
- Manage the design and build of relevant frameworks, processes, training, guides, tools, materials, and success metrics.
- Manage and support key programs, strategic projects, and change initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Solid experience in communications (copy writing/editing/publishing)
- Proven track record successfully developing take to -market plans, lead, execute and embed initiatives
- Project Management skills
- Change Management understanding and capability
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience working in financial services is highly regarded

This position is a role within the newly established Rhombus Advisory business. We anticipate that Rhombus Advisory will separate from Insignia Financial (IFL) to become a stand-alone business around July 2024. The successful candidate will transfer their employment to Rhombus Advisory when IFL sells the majority share of its ownership of Rhombus Advisory (precise date will be confirmed in due course) and will be issued relevant entity transfer documentation upon appointment.
