Health & Wellbeing Business Partner – Psychosocial Risk
Reporting to the Manager, Health & Wellbeing, this role is responsible for delivering the wellbeing strategy with particular focus on psychosocial risk. This role will act as subject matter expert for all wellbeing projects increasing engagement and awareness. This role will investigate and assess psychological risk and related injuries to provide insights and solutions on how to de-risk activities and reduce injuries. Management of early intervention services, projects and initiatives.
Coach, facilitating training, and build capability in-field and within Operational teams for key safety & Wellbeing activities including: Resilience, mental Health & psychosocial risk management and psychosocial risk reduction.
Taking a strategic approach, you are the leader across this division with the autonomy to set up new initiatives and the opportunity to achieve across core areas; health management, fitness for work and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in psychology or equivalent
- Experienced in leading large scale wellbeing initiatives throughout complex organisations
- Excellent people skills with ability to develop programs, promote and build and implement systems for delivery.
- Experience managing external wellbeing providers; including drug & alcohol, insurance and EAP Providers.
- Advanced conceptual and problem-solving skills with proven ability to use initiative effectively planning and prioritising.
