The Leaders
The Senior HR Business Partner role will report directly into the Head of HR to support strategic people initiatives and continue to drive the culture the client prides themselves on.
The Opportunity
As the Senior HRBP, you will become a trusted Business Partner to a portfolio of groups across the business, providing full strategic HRBP support to stakeholders. Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Partnering with business leaders to provide strategic advice on people performance development plans, employee relations, leading grievances and investigations, employee engagement and retention strategies
- Leading the broader company talent management program, succession planning and learning & development for your business group
- Take the annual on remuneration review process and annual engagement program
- Providing strategic advice from a People & Culture lens as to how your business groups can best achieve their business objectives; and
- Deliver the People & Culture strategy aligned to your stakeholder group
- Contributing to the HR team on any other company or People & Culture related initiatives and projects.
About You
We are seeking a candidate that is either a Senior HR Generalist ready to take the next step, or an experienced HRBP who is looking for a new challenge. Experience working within an operational environment within FMCG, Retail, Aviation or Construction is highly advantageous.
You must enjoy building trusted relationships with stakeholders and working ‘in’ the business, partnering in a true strategic manner. You’ll have a flair for wanting to improve ways of working and enhancing the performance and culture of an organisation. You will enjoy a fast-paced environment, be confident having difficult conversations and comfortable working amongst a team that is experiencing growth.
The Process
We are moving quickly on this search as the opportunity is available for an immediate start. The interview process will be two, perhaps three stages and reference checks will be completed prior to offer.
Please note that this opportunity is based near St Leonard’s. There is flexible work on offer however the preference is to have you at the office often in your early days, to ensure you build sound partnerships.
