The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) professional looking for your next exciting opportunity? Findex are seeking an experienced TA Business Partner to join our fun, talented and collaborative TA team. This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Auckland NZ for connection purposes with our members of the team.

What will your typical week look like?

• Identifying and implementing a variety of sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent
• Managing the end to end recruitment process to attract, assess and identify talented professionals
• Working collaboratively with our internal marketing team to develop strong employer branding messages and determine the best channels to share this
• Using data to drive meaningful reporting and decision-making for your business

You are someone with:

• A passion for Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner/Senior Consultant either in agency or within a corporate firm (Financial Services experience highly regarded)
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Team-orientated with a 'can do' attitude and inquisitive mindset

• Supportive and collaborative team across all TA divisions
• Weekly connections across the team incl social calendar events
• Work with Like-minded individual's & bring your own flare to the team
• Passionate About all things Talent Acquisition and genuine care towards or candidates and stakeholders combined
