About The Role:
The HR Business Partner is a key leader, providing expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution, and industrial advocacy. Representing the organisation in interactions with unions, government departments, and legal proceedings, you will ensure compliance and fairness through complex investigations.
Lead organisational change initiatives such as cultural change and restructuring efforts. Developing and implementing policies that reflect modern HR management practices is also essential.
Building strong relationships and improving workplace dynamics are central to this role. By collaborating with management and employees, you will enhance morale, productivity, and retention. Establishing robust partnerships with stakeholders, you will ensure effective delivery of people-related projects. Additionally, you will lead succession planning and talent management programs to foster career development.
About you:
We are looking a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a strong educational background in HR or a related field.
Your experience in a large, multifaceted organisation has equipped you with comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures. You excel in strategic planning, coaching, and managing complex projects such as culture change, succession planning, and change management.
Your ability to provide expert advice on employee relations, dispute resolution, and industrial advocacy is second to none. You are a proactive problem solver who can handle complex employee relations issues and negotiate effectively on behalf of the organisation. Additionally, you have relevant probity checks and a current driver's license.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working in a large multi facet organisation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Application of a high level of discipline knowledge.
- Relevant probity checks - Working with Children Check, NDIS Screening check, Police Check and current driver's licence.
- Relevant post graduate qualification.
