Our client is heavily involved in the construction sector.
Working from their modern office in central Sydney, you will be entrusted to work on a 3 month contract asssiting their Procurement Operations Manager in on-boarding new suppliers.
Your role will include:
- Lead and maintain their SAP Ariba internal system
- On-boarding new suppliers
- maintaining and updating incumbent vendor details
- applying a strategic approach
- Responding to internal and external queries
- Conducting appropriate supplier checks
- Sound understanding of the procurement and purchasing function internally
- An ability to use your initiative and problem solve with an outcome focus
- Previous experience working in a similar service desk / admin support role
- Exceptional knowledge of SAP with the ability to pick up new internal systems quickly
- Customer focus centric attitude
