We're expanding and an opportunity for a Hire Controller has arisen in our Melbourne branch.
About the roleHire Controllers play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Working in the hub of the business as a member of the operations team, you will be responsible for taking client orders, coordinating equipment allocations and solving daily logistical challenges. Experience within the hire industry preferred but not essential.
Key aspects of the role will involve:
- Answering all incoming enquiries received from Customers, Sales Representatives and Operations team
- Processing telephone orders
- Developing a sound product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information in relation to customer needs
- Assist in scheduling of deliveries
- Assisting the team supervisor with all tasks as required
- General adhoc administrative tasks
What is needed to be successful in this role?

- Strong organisational skills

- Sound computer skills
- Good presentation
