Haley Hire & Sales is a family owned, and customer service focused building equipment hire company, specializing in providing both general equipment, and lightweight Aluminum Scaffolding within the building and commercial industries. Our business has experienced rapid growth in recent times and we are looking for someone who wants to be a part of the team and grow with us as we continue our expansion.
This full time Monday to Friday role is based at our Laverton North branch, offering a negotiable salary depending on experience.
We are looking for Hire Controller that is energetic and keen to learn. Within this role, you will be coordinating our customer service by taking phone calls and emails to organize transporting and delivering hire equipment.
You will be required to Raise Hire Contracts, Delivery Notes, Collection Notes, Purchase Orders, Inspection Sheets, Invoices and/or other correspondence to effectively complete the tasks of hiring of equipment assist in preparing equipment for hire.
Ability to work under limited supervision.
Ability to be able to direct and guide multiple staff
Have good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
Be willing to learn and grow with a progressive and growing company
