As the Home Loan Growth Hub Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving holistic Home Loan Growth and fostering a member-centric culture within our Lending & Insights division. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a roadmap for the Home Loan Growth Hub to drive improved Home Lending growth across all channels.
- Acting as a key point of contact for marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with retention and acquisition goals.
- Leading and developing the Home Loan Growth Hub team to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional member satisfaction.
- Minimizing member financial risk and abuse through professional and empathetic assessment and escalation as required.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and policies to improve member retention and key growth metrics.
- Ensuring operational excellence and a high level of service for members, employees, and internal/external customers.
- Managing escalated member complaints and service breakdowns with care and efficiency.
- Contributing to a risk-aware culture to protect members, the Credit Union, and its staff.
Your success will be measured by your ability to meet members' needs, exceed performance objectives, and create a culture of service excellence within your team. By driving outcomes that prioritize member satisfaction and operational efficiency, you'll contribute to the growth and success of our Home Lending offers.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of member/customer service
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in leading teams
- Strong credit risk assessment skills gained through experience in a consumer or commercial lending role within a major financial institution (or equivalent)
- Proven ability in mentoring, coaching, and developing people to achieve member first outcomes.
