This is a very front and centre role, requiring an engaging and organised team player who will shift manage as well as take care of business management duties including rostering, training, recruitment, customer service management, managing labour, and stock management.
You will be overseeing a team of 15 staff on a roster. Business is open 7 days a week and is DAYS ONLY so expect to be wrapped up by 6pm most days. This is also a rare Sunday to Thursday roster due making it very appealing for most hospitality leaders.
This role is designed to suit leaders who are excelling in running business units whilst remaining balanced in people development and front of house management.
