About the Role
If you’re a well organised Administration Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be for you!?
Council’s?Development Services Department is seeking and individual to become an integral team member and contribute significantly to a range of administrative tasks that support the functionality of the Statutory Building unit and who will also be responsible for providing efficient and timely customer service.
Reporting to the Senior Building Business Support Officer, the core responsibilities include:
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence using the Corporate Information System.
- Process applications and requests for information in accordance with the various acts.
About You
- Ability to manage workload to a high standard.
- High capacity for data accuracy and efficiency
- Strong ability to work collegiately with other team members, the community, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with various administration software systems.
