About the role

The Houseperson challenges our expectations and brings new and exciting ideas to create exceptional guest experiences across our amazing Hotel.

The individual will bring with them flexibility as every day is different, Attention to detail. 

 Some duties include:

• Ordering and controlling linen par levels. 
•  stocking of storerooms with linen and Amenities while also maintaining Cleanliness in hallways, and work areas. 
• Clearing floors of Dirty linen, assisting room attendant by removing all dirty linen and rubbish from rooms.
• Making beds, vacuuming floors, assisting room attendants, front office guest requests. 
• Organizing the day using hotel occupancy as a guide to forecast high demand periods. 
• Motivate staff and be positive and passionate in all aspects of the role.

Skills & experience  

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• The ability to work in a fast paced, housekeeping department.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service. 
• Great presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• A team player with a hands-on approach.
