Housing Assistant / Administrator Government sector –Located in Ashfield FULL TIME – 3 Month Contract position Client Description: This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable government department currently seeking an experienced Housing Assistant / Administrator. Key accountabilitiesProvide a range of routine administrative activities to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the team/unit that support delivery of services to FACS clients/customers.Process business information and contribute to the maintenance of administrative systems to ensure the flow of information is in accordance with standards and guidelines.Use relevant technology to prepare documentation and presentation material to support business unit managers and directors.Support the use of business unit filing systems in accordance with standards and guidelines, by creating, storing, retrieving and tracking files to ensure the accurate and safe storage of information.Work and maintain regular contact with other business areas to effectively arrange meetings and manage the flow of business information.Provide reception duties as necessary, respond to enquiries and escalate issues appropriately to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner.
