Job description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all HR functions
- Provide support, coaching and guidance to line managers relating to any human resources management, and small team’s management
- Implement activities that promote a constructive business culture, positive employee morale and a safe working environment.
- Drive HR initiatives and projects for staff satisfaction.
- Provide advice and recommended action/s related to employee relations and ensure the organisation is compliant with FWA.
- Recommend, initiate, and implement strategies to enhance management capabilities, including the development and implementation of supervisory training programs.
- Assist with performance management processes and devising staff remuneration, rewards and recognition and wellbeing programs.
- Review, develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure best practice HR and business improvement strategies, promoting a constructive business culture, positive employee morale and a safe working environment
- Maintain performance management policy and implement programs for performance and management of underperformance.
- Coordinate recruitment activities (incl. advertising, screening, interviewing)
- Preparation of contracts, letters, and other employment-related documents
- Coordinate the onboarding/induction of all new staff.
- Identify and facilitate training programs tailored to the unique needs of disability support.
