The Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced part-time HR, Admin and Safety Manager to oversee talent acquisition, employee relations and fostering a positive and safe work environment across our organisation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and have a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes. This is an exciting role with significant scope for growth and development within the Executive team, as the role expands over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a central role in developing and forging an outstanding company and team culture within the thriving golf, hospitality and entertainment sector.
- Operate on flexible work arrangements in a part time capacity, and oversee ground up development of the HR, Admin and Safety functions.
- Provide expertise, strategic support and oversight for our venues.
- Become a key player within a supportive and inclusive executive leadership team.
- Implement strategic initiatives for driving business performance and setting the foundation for enabling team success and company expansion.
- Collaborate with the team to manage and maintain the company safety system.
- Play a central role in forging a company-wide high-performance team culture.

Qualifications:
- 5 years prior experience in HR management is highly desirable.
- Experience with Employment Hero SAAS system is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Bachelor degree in a related field is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
