ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administration Assistant to join our People Experience Team, based at our Banyo Head Office. This role will support the People Experience Team with varying administration tasks to include but not be limited to:
- Creation, maintaining and data entry of Employee files.
- Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries
- Administration duties applicable to our Apprentice sign ups and day to day support.
- Ordering uniforms for both new and existing employees
- Recruitment support to include posting job ads, creating employee contracts and filing onboarding paperwork.
- Running of regular and adhoc reports
This role will require the successful candidate to have a strong sense of urgency, the ability to multitask and be proactive, as we work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the key skill set required for this role includes (but is not limited to) ;
- Minimum of 12 months experience in either a HR Administration and/or Recruitment Administration position
- Expert computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Full Australian Working rights
