About You
You will be a dynamic team player with a strong work ethic to support operational needs. You will pride yourself on your attention to detail to ensure the exceptional delivery of People and Culture administration support whilst maintaining confidentiality within the business. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build a strong rapport with our employees and stakeholders. Your proven ability to work effectively in a complex working environment is essential in confidently communicating with people at all levels.
To be successful in this dynamic role you will have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- High level organisational and time management skills with a competency to multi-task.
- Ability to prioritise operational tasks and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- The ability to maintain the confidential nature of data and other sensitive information.
The following skills will also be advantageous:
- Data entry and word processing, including entering consignment information and manifests;
- Entering bookings and subsequent invoice creation;
- Assisting with invoice checking and reconciliation of accounts;
- Maintaining and managing various registers and associated documentation controls and record keeping;
