Chemist Hub are a group of independently-owned pharmacies located throughout NSW. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality health services and products.
This role is located at our Panania office with flexible working hours, roughly 20-25 hours per week. You will primarily work with our pharmacy proprietors to ensure processes surrounding our employees and staffing are administered accurately and effectively.
We're looking for an organised and proactive individual to support the HR and Payroll functions for the group.
In this role, your duties and responsibilities are:
- Recruitment and selection
- Maintain up-to-date policies, procedures, forms and templates
- Creating employee contracts and ensure effective starter onboarding
- Maintenance of staff files
- Entering in time sheets for payroll processing
- Ad-hoc administrative support
Skills and experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent professional communication skills - diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion
- Attention to detail
- Current Drivers Licence
- Strong organisational skills
