The Job…..
Reporting to a the Senior HR Officer, in this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing HR support to all areas of the HR Operations team and projects as required, including processing recruitment submissions and advertising vacant positions across multiple platforms.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain approvals and other vital information.
- Preparation of documentation for the appointment of staff, including offer letters and other correspondence.
- Maintenance of databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entered and extracted.
- Advising on recruitment policy, procedures and legislation.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a HR Administration position.
- Experience working within the Government Sector would be highly advantageous.
- Amazing customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to stay focused in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.
