Job Description NES Fircroft are looking for a HR Administrator for an immediate start on a 12 month contract to work with an Oil & Gas EPCI based in West Perth.
To be a successful candidate you must have an understanding of mobilization & exposure to HR and/ or the Oil & Gas industry.

Job Description:
- Assist with communication between Client and Contractors - recruitment, approvals from internal stakeholders, internal/external audit assistance, making sure contractors are following Saipem and client process
- Ensuring all employee compliance are up to date white collar/blue collar
- Assist with mobilization of employees including assisting with Site orientations, inductions
- Assist with the administration of employee training between our client expectation, contractors and internal approvals required
- Engagement with internal support functions accordingly to the requirements of the project and our contractor queries/issues
- Assisting with mobilization of expat crew sailing with SEND and C1 to Australia, visa requirements, compliance, liaising with role company offices
- Providing regular communication to Saipem employees, contractors
- Assisting with mobilization/demobilization of crew
- Issuance of purchase orders for the crewing department - training, transfer, medical tests and related expenses
- Administrative support with the crew department
- Ensure administrative and contractual management, planning, scheduling and all HR requirements for local and seconded personnel (expatriates and inpatriates) according to the law, to the national and international labour agreements, trade union agreements as well as company guidelines and procedures
- Plan, supervise, calculate and control labour cost and propose any corrective actions necessary as resulting from the analysis
