We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced administrative or HR professional to join our team located in our Subiaco office.
The role
Supporting the Technical Director – HR and Corporate Services Lead - Executive, this client facing role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and generalist HR administrative tasks.
This role is permanent part time for 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday. There is the option to work from anywhere from 1-2 days per week dependant on candidate experience.
- End-to-end recruitment including liaising with executives, writing job descriptions and advertisements, pre-screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, reference checks, employment offers, and onboarding.
- Point of contact for external recruitment agents.
- Maintenance of the candidate database, personal data and HRIS software.
- HR inbox management, workflows and ad hoc HR administrative tasks.
- Performance Review coordination and tracking.
- Learn, maintain and train users of the HRIS system, ConnX.
- Build effective relationships with various stakeholders including external recruitment consultants.

Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience or minimum 1 year HR based experience.
- TAFE or University Qualification in Human Resource Management or similar, preferred but not essential.
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines is essential.
