Key aspects of the role include:

• Assisting the HR Adviser and HR Manager with end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of positions and locations;
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires;
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records;
• Handling documentation related to payroll, transfers, and terminations;
• Establishing and maintaining strong site relationships;
• Ensuring the confidentiality of employee information;
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Strong attention to detail;
• Excellent liaison between multiple stakeholders;
• Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Excellent administration skills;
• High-level organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
• A proactive approach and can-do attitude
