Key aspects of the role include:
- Assisting the HR Adviser and HR Manager with end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of positions and locations;
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records;
- Handling documentation related to payroll, transfers, and terminations;
- Establishing and maintaining strong site relationships;
- Ensuring the confidentiality of employee information;
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent liaison between multiple stakeholders;
- Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Excellent administration skills;
- High-level organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- A proactive approach and can-do attitude
