Responsibilities:
The primary role of the HR Administrator is to support the HR Team in the execution of the people strategies, as well as providing high level of HR operation support across the business; this role will interface directly with all RCC employees.
- Provide administration and operational support for the Human Resources, Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition team.
- Ensure all employee details are maintained, current and aligned across all HR Management Systems.
- Provide input into learning and development initiatives as required.
- Coordinate company-wide training scheduling and attendance monitoring.
- Coordinate monthly inductions & training.
- Assist with HR Projects where required including assisting with the development of employee communications.
- Support the administration and coordination of new employee integration activity.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a coordination or support role.
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is advantageous.
- A strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to HR coordination and support.
