BDC are currently recruiting for a HR and Training Administrator. This exciting, fast paced position will be responsible for various administrative duties.
The role is located in our Bunbury office and will be flexible working hours.
About the business
BDC is a family owned, Bunbury based Waterwell drilling contractor and has been delivering services to the mining, agricultural and government sectors since 1955. We have a highly skilled team, delivering the latest technology in Water Well drilling services to Tier 1 mining clients on long term secure contracts.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role are:
- Maintain training systems
- Assist with coordination of training requirements
- Liaising with training providers
- Site administration tasks
- Assist in preparation of Monthly Reports
- Onboarding of all new starters – medicals, training courses, inductions etc.
- Coordinate and communicate upcoming training
- Assist management in Human Resources functions with updating of documents
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Human Resources or Training Administration type roles
- Experience with MYOB preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Current Drivers Licence
