We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to take up the position of HR Administrator/Receptionist. The role will be accountable to the General Manager Human Resources for the management of our image and contact support capabilities for both internal and external stakeholders.
This opportunity will also involve a hands on pragmatic and practical approach in supporting the Human Resources function and the ability to translate activities into action. Specifically, in the areas of recruitment, learning and development, organisational development and best practice HR, you will display true support and a thirst for growth. The successful candidate will have a Business Degree and hands-on approach to learning in this grass roots role.
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:
- Foster and maintain a collaborative, high-performing and client-oriented culture of continuous support in delivery of EGR’s administrative HR objectives;
- Assisting with Human Resources Administration;
- Recruitment support and undertake employee induction sessions;
- Providing reception/office support;
- Organising meetings and events;
- Accurate data entry and word processing;
- Transporting and collecting internal mail between divisions;
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required;
- Provide administrative support to leadership and employees with practical guidance in relation to front of house activities;
- Assist administratively with the achievement of HR goals and objectives and ensure administrative compliance is well managed in alignment with appropriate processes, policies and procedures;
- Provide outstanding administrative recruitment and onboarding support; and
- Support and project a working customer centric image where people feel engaged, rewarded and valued in alignment with EGR’s standards.
About you:
- Business Degree qualified (or qualification in a related field including HR or Psychology);
- Background in personal assistant/reception/administration duties highly desired;
- Passion for delivering high level customer service;
- Have a bright and positive attitude with a strong attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate well and work closely within a team environment;
- Intermediate MS Word and Excel abilities;
- Drivers licence is essential for this role;
- Proven ability to multi task and meet deadlines;
- A confident and flexible approach;
- Willingness to learn from the ground up (Grass Roots Development); and
- Openness to new ideas and a desire to work in a strong company that is committed to excellence.
To be successful you will need to be flexible, have a desire to be part of a dynamic environment, have the ability to develop solid relationships and work collaboratively with operational stakeholders and Senior Managers.
