About the Role
The ABC People & Culture team is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to provide HR solutions and services that deliver business outcomes, improve performance, build capability and support a safe, positive workplace culture based on shared values and common goals. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture Business Partnership's and working with a happy, dedicated team your business clients will include the ABC's Content, Audience, Technology and People and Culture Divisions. The role will include:

• Providing advice and support to managers in the resolution of first level queries regarding workplace issues & grievances, escalating as required.
• Performing effective job evaluation for positions within the ABC, applying the methodology and framework.
• Supporting the planning and implementation of change initiatives.
• Enjoy contributing to team projects in a collaborative and fun team!

About You
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Adviser who has great personal drive, HR knowledge and outstanding interpersonal skills. You will be adept at building great rapport and trusted relationships across the organisation at all levels and you will be collaborative and customer-centric in your approach. Ideally you will possess experience in a large organisation and an understanding of enterprise agreements and their application.
