The Opportunity.
- Support cyclical events (performance reviews, recognition, engagement, policy activities) to enable a positive people experience.
- Manage the visa and sponsorship process for existing employees, including any changes
- Collaborate and support people managers in the delivery of strategic and operational P&C projects that drive positive employee engagement, development and business improvement.
- Support P&C team with talent management and L&D initiatives, ensuring the candidate and employee experience is seamless and positive.
- Continuous improvement of the People and Culture function in collaboration with the General Manager, People and Culture.
- Providing advice to people leaders and team members on employment terms and conditions, compliance with people and culture policies and procedures, and training and recruitment.
You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources along with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar HR Advisor role.
You’re proactive, excited by continuous learning and challenging ways of thinking. You’re constantly looking for opportunities to improve processes to align with the changing needs of a business and you’ll have a strong stakeholder management skillset.
