Your new company is a Public Sector organisation located in North Sydney close to the train station.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will work within a busy and collaborative HR team looking after the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:- Employee lifecycle, reviewing inductions and offboarding
- Providing advice on policies and procedures
- POC for employee queries
- Managing grievances and performance management
- Reviewing programs of work
- Case management
- Award interpretation
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant experience in a similar role as a HR Advisor looking after the employee lifecycle
Ideally, you will have experience in both white- and blue-collar environments and/or Local Council experience
Ideally, you will have experience with Modern Awards
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
What you'll get in return
This is a temp role for 3-6 months with an immediate start date
Hybrid work arrangement with 1 day WFH
Location North Sydney, walking distance to the train station
Hourly rate $50ph + Super
