Are you ready to make a real impact on an organisation's success? We are seeking a pro-active, talented HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support and contribute to our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth induction for new hires.
🔹Build strong relationships with managers, offering expert advice on employee relations, recruitment and compensation.
🔹Provide vital assistance to employees and manage HR projects under the guidance of the Finance & Administration Manager.
🔹Develop relationships with training providers, book training sessions and assist in training material reviews.
🔹Handle HR administration tasks, including payroll reporting and end-of-month/year HR reports.
About You
✅6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in multi-site organisations
✅Familiarity with employment law, modern awards and industrial agreements
✅Certification in HR in Australia with a strong understanding of financial administration
✅Proven track record in recruitment and building strong relationships
✅Experience in the mining sector will be highly regarded
💡Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity
💡Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
💡Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and pay attention to detail
💡Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office proficiency
🎓Qualifications or equivalent experience in Business Administration
🎓Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources desirable
🎓Strong Microsoft Office experience or qualifications are essential
Your Reward
A competitive salary in the range of $100-$110k plus Super (depending on experience), with the opportunity for an bonus of up to 10%.
This is also a great career opportunity to step in as the primarly HR professional in the Australian division of a multi-national organisation.
Flexible working arrangements and some work from home options will be available after the initial onboarding and induction period.
