As a HR Advisor, your role involves delivering HR services to the legal professionals and support staff within the business. You'll oversee various aspects, including employee relations, talent management, performance reviews, and the implementation of HR policies. Your knowledge of employment law and strong interpersonal skills will be crucial in maintaining the firm's commitment to excellence.

In this role, will be reporting directly to the Head of HR and the team on a national level with a broad range of functions, no two days in this role are the same, giving you the experience and knowledge to take your career to the next level!
The team works as ‘One team’ providing a supportive and collaborative work culture where you will be sure to excel. You will have the chance to work on some very exciting national and global projects along with some general responsibilities including;
You will be responsible for a variety of duties including providing HR guidance to all levels of employees. You will also work to collaborate with leadership on establishing effective HR and recruitment strategies, support employee relation initiatives and handle issues and conflicts. Contributing to talent management efforts will also be part of the role, including recruitment and performance reviews, as well as implementing and enhancing the HR policies and procedures in line with up to date employment legislations and regulations.
Ideally, you will have 3 + years of experience in a similar HR Generalist position within legal or professional services. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
You will have a warm and approachable personality and exceptional communication skills are a must, allowing you to successfully communicate, manage, and direct all levels within the business. A solutions-focused and people-centric approach to work will support the ability to resolve issues and conflict with ease.
