Due to growth, this newly created role will give you the opportunity to work with and support the employee lifecycle while being involved in projects ranging from system implementation to training and retention initiatives.Selection criteria:

• Completed HR qualification coupled with relevant experience
• Experience in supporting the full employee lifecycle
• Thorough understanding of legislation and awards
• High level of communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement and liaison experience
• Computer literate – MS Office Suite and HRIS
