This HR Advisor vacancy provides a great opportunity to proactively partner with leaders of the business. With strong support and guidance from the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with a team of collaborative professionals with opportunity for growth within the business!
Your role:
- Work across the employee life-cycle and in conjunction with specialist areas, taking the lead on Tier 2 HR queries within assigned client groups (e.g. recruitment, advisory, remuneration, safety, learning and development, communications)
- Work alongside the Senior People Business Partners to support all cyclical people activities within client group
- Take guidance and direction from the Senior People Business Partner in supporting business leaders through the IARC process
- Obtain and maintain HRIS knowledge to successfully troubleshoot basic user queries when dealing with client group/s
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on HR policies and procedures enabling strong advice provided to clients
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of legislative and case law developments enabling sound and current advice provided to business leaders
About you:
- 1-2 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to synthesise information, analyse data and provide summary of analysis
- Demonstrated ability to balance conflicting priorities of demanding and diverse client groups within a changing environment
- Advanced skill level in MS applications and HR systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
